The owner I was going to rent from May 1st had an emergency arise & backed out of agreement, so I am in desperate need of a place to rent! A studio, guest house, or 1 bedroom would be great, or even perhaps a room. I have excellent credit & references, single, non-smoker, no pets.

Hi! I see you are in need of a place to stay. I have an ad on here for a roomate. I have a quaint house in Blue Mountain Beach practically on 30A. Great location, easy access to anything. If you would like a place to say until you find one of your own, that would work for me also. Please look for my ad under heartbren for a roomate and if you would like to come see it that would be fine. If not, I wish you the best in finding a place. My rent for a roomate is $550 including utilities with a smaller deposit. It has all the necessities you would need including wifi, free long distance, Dish with dvr, a cute back patio.
