This is my first post. My husband and I have been hoping to move to SoWal for longer than we can remember. For some reason, I've been waiting to post on this forum until this dream became a reality. Well, finally the day has come and the lurking is over! We are relocating to the area from Birmingham, AL and are looking for a house to rent in the 30A area. We are a clean, responsible, professional couple looking for an unfurnished 3 bedroom 2 bath house with extra space for a home office. We would prefer at least a one year lease and would like to move by April 1st at the latest. We are so excited about moving to the area - just hope we can find a place to call home! Any tips/advice welcome!
