I recently relocated to the South Walton Area and I am looking to gain a position in the vacation property management business. Before moving to the area, I obtained my CAM licensed to make myself a viable candidate for this industry. I also just passed the mutual recognition Florida Real Estate Law Test which allows me to sell real estate in Florida as well. The optimal employer would have a position available in property management as well as having a real estate sales office where I can hang my license, but I am interested in all opportunities in both industries of real estate.
I feel that my extensive background as a small business owner in the hospitality industry as well as the real estate business will provide the skills necessary to succeed in this industry. Please contact me if you have any recommendations or would like me to send my resume for any job openings.
Thank you,
John Tait
