I definitely want to hear more about this restaurant. I was in Kitchenique and wanted to sign up for the Three Amigo's cooking class (it's a blast!!!) - and was told that one of the Three Amigos (Dominique) is opening Fat Clemenza's. I was so thrilled! Those guys can do some Italian cooking, that's for sure.

But I am so mad that the cooking class is always booked up before I can sign up! Its great. They really feed you some wonderful italian dishes, put on quite the show, while you sit there drinking wine the entire time... Uncle Timmy - we have to get in this class next time!
