have never regretted it. We have packed that house to the rafters with friends and family, celebrated anniversaries and birthdays and Christmas/New Year's, recovered from the most heartbreaking loss there, and can't tell you how many girlfriends I have beach solaced

This is exactly the hope we have for our beach home....we've been doing these same things in rentals for years and hopefully by this Friday we'll have a certificate of occupancy & FINALLY be in it (after 4 years of waiting, waiting, waiting!!) I have been on the job site everyday now for the past 2 weeks & am getting very weary and anxious....so THANK YOU for your post as it hit a nerve with me and is just what I needed to hear.....your timing was perfect!!

It was awesome though....like extreme home makeover....everyone today was totally on-board and working their tails off to help us get our certificate of occupancy Friday! yahooooo!!! The last workers left the house tonight at 9:40pm!! Unbelievable!! THANKS FOR YOUR ENCOURAGEMENT!

Yes, let's see it. It's so frustrating sometimes to build but everything will exactly how you like it. My place in Tampa Bay is custom and even though it's small and 20 years old, I can't part with it because I love the design. Congrats and many years of happiness in your new home.
