You crack me up! They really were talking about making this a city ordinance, not just in the schools. If they do that, they need to arrest the thong revealers, as well. something i was watching a week or so ago about this same thing had a policeman on there. he said he liked the fad, because when mr baggypants robs somebody or commits another crime, he gets caught because he can't run very fast with his pants around his ankles !:rofl:

this was hilarious! I guess I didn't know how "low" some dudes are wearing those baggy pants. we don't have any low riders in sowal or at least I've never seen them, so we miss out on all the weird fashion stuff.
