It was a Winnebago brand RV and I cannot remember the name. I think it was a few letters and numbers.

Thanks DD! I googled UAV and found it. The EM-50. That's one of my favorite movies and we were all stumped here at the office.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun!!! Cyndi Lauper....Heard it on the radio this morning and remembered it was one my favorite songs....way back when.

From an Arrowsmith song:

My get up and go just got up and went.

I don't know why, but I've heard that line a million times (the song's at least 20 years old!) and it still cracks me up. I think it's so funny.

Terms of Endearment:

Go to the car honey. Go to the car honey. GO TO THE CAR HONEY!!!

And

Drive Louise, drive!! (You gotta know where that's is from.)

JERRY MCGUIRE

jerry Opens his Heart to his Wife
written by Cameron Crowe

Jerry: Hello. Hello. I'm looking for my wife.

Dorothy looks up, robbed of words. Stunned, she does not move and looks quite apprehensive.

Jerry: Wait. Okay, okay. Okay. If this is where it has to happen, then this is where it has to happen. I'm not letting you get rid of me. How about that? This used to be my specialty. You know, I was good in the living room. They'd send me in there, I'd do it alone. And now I just... I don't know. But tonight, our little project, our company, had a very big night. A very, very big night. But it wasn't complete, wasn't nearly close to being in the same vicinity as complete, because I couldn't share it with you. I couldn't hear your voice, or laugh about it with you. I missed my wife. We live in a cynical world, a cynical, cynical world, and we work in a business of tough competitors. I love you. You complete me. And if I just had...

Dorothy: (interrupting) Shut up. Just shut up.....You had me at hello. You had me at hello.

The very last scene of "Cinema Paradiso", an older Italian movie that takes place in southern Italy about a young boy who is "mentored" by the man who runs the movies in the run down movie theatre. It takes place during WW2, censorship, etc. I won't say what the last scene is, but it about the gift that the old man leaves his mentee (who is now a grown man) when he dies. The best ending (and best gift) I've ever seen.

Kurt mentioned Nic Cage in another thread- reminds me of a favorite movie from college- a real cinematic award winner---

"Valley Girl"

The great scene when Cage's character, a punker from the wrong side of the Valley, takes the rich Valley girls to a club (the Plimsouls were playing :clap_1: ). Anyway, they had to park his car in a rough neighborhood, and one of the valley girls didn't want to go in the club. So Cage calmly looked at her and said "OK. But if they attack the car, save the radio!"

The soundtrack to this movie is an awesome addition to an 80's collection.
