We are two young professional females moving into a brand new town home near Gulf Place right across the street from the public beach access. 4 bed 4 bath, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It has an amazing roof top porch, big bedrooms and 1 car garage. Bedroom is unfurnished. We are looking for a 20-something female starting November 1st. Rent is $400 plus utilities.

Roomie #2 speaking: It's across from the Ed Walline Beach access & beside Blooms & the Abacos. Neighborhood has a great pool. Rooftop terrace is HUGE. The townhouse is 3 stories tall w/ the main living quarters (kitchen/living/dining) on the second floor. Room available for rent is on first floor w/ it's own exit off of the back of the house and large closet & private bathroom. On same floor as washer/dryer. Require a $400 deposit to hold/move in. I have a pug....fyi. Small pets considered w/ $100 pet deposit.
