Finally here

Well we finally made it!!Went to the famers market and to Ed Walline beofre checking into our condo. Quite a bit of June Grass in Ed Walline. Dinner at Red Bar was fantastic. Even got to meet 30a bandman at Yellowfin in grayton. We are off to a good start!!! We did notice a lot of canopies left up in Gulf Trace tonight hopefully they don't stay up all week.

So today was another great day. During the daily rain shower we took advantage of the time and went to Fired Up in Seaside. It was great!! We had a grayt time the lovely ladies helped us so much!! We also had a wonderful supper at Great Southern Cafe followed by a grayt performace of Charlottes Web. We also got some grayt sunscreen at Grayton general store. The nephew found a wonderful kite at Yellowfin in Seagrove. Ordered some pies from Kat. Bought some neat kids art supplies in Ruskin Place in seaside.Found out my brother-in-law looks like Al gore. Last night we a had a real good meal at Bayou Bills and bought some blown glass from the gentleman out front. Everyone enjoyed watching his talent. Trying to do our part.

Lets see we got too busy to update the thread so now I have to try and remember.
I already forgot we rented bikes and a kayak from Yellowfin in Grayton General store when we arrived on saturday. We had alot of fun riding our bikes and everyone enjoyed the kayak. We had brought our little ones bike from home and the folks at Yellowfin in Seagrove were very helpful and helped us get her flat fixed. So we also tired Boondocks in Panama City Beach everybody should go try the grilled red snapper it was fantastic. Pier Park was entertaining for a few hours. The little one enjoyed the rides. Nicks in the Sticks was really good. We also found the Cheri Dawn shrimp boat on the side of the road on 331. Had to get a picture of that. We also stopped and bought shrimp on the way home very nice folks. The family with us tried Lous Louis the night we went to Nick's. They really enjoyed Louis Louis. We went back to Great Southern Cafe a 2nd time service was a little poor,but the food was great again.Shortys for lunch was wonderful. Even the hot dog was really good and big. We had Another Broken Egg in Grayton twice the southern crab stack was delicious. We also enjoyed the Red Bar for breakfast. House of Klaus had really good burgers and homemade ice cream.
Other than that we sat on the beach soaking it all in.

Where is Nicks in the Sticks? I've read about it on this forum, but wondered when we were in town last week. Would love to try it on our next trip.

We went on 331 over the bay bridge. Turn left at 1st red light. You go aways. It is right after the basin Bayou sign on the left.
