Fire @ 283 & 98

Any other news on it? I saw it and couldn't tell if it was controlled or accidental.

If it was in the "median" area then it wasn't a controlled burn, those areas are too small to warrant a controlled burn.

Not in the median. The whole corner of 98/N283 (Grayton Bch Rd) was on fire. When I passed at 2 all of the fire seemed to be out except one loan pine that had a fire still going about half way up its trunk. Several fireman standing there keeping an eye out and the Sheriff keeping cars in the far lane.

There were firemen, ambulance(s) and sheriff's dept cars. It looked like more than a controlled burn and there were no signs for a controlled fire going on.

It's always the smokers isn't it? Couldn't be arson, kids playing with matches, or actual natural causes?
