With the trend in customization and made-to-order options, First Note Music Hall and Cafe in Blue Mountain Beach recently added a "Build Your Own" Bloody Mary menu to its Sunday Brunch offering. Known for bringing in top talent for a one-of-a kind-listening experience, First Note also offers breakfast, lunch and Sunday Brunch menus that treat guests to a unique dining experience.

The new "Build Your Own" Bloody Mary menu allows diners to create their own cocktail based on their taste preferences. Begin by choosing a vodka from such specialty flavors, including Rain organic cucumber and lime, Hanger1 chipotle bakon vodka, Absolute Citron, and Absolute Mandarin, among others. Next "Juice It" and choose from a wide selection of mixers including Zing Zang, Lefty's, and Major Peters. Finally, "Dress It Up" by picking three vegetables from the wide variety garnishes, ranging from stuffed olives and celery to pickled asparagus and spicy pickle spears. The menu also features champagne drinks, including signature mimosas, bubbles and berries and a brunch punch.

"We're always looking for ways to create an exceptional experience for our guests," said David Phillips, manager at First Note Music Hall and Cafe. "We worked with our vendors to develop a creative menu of offerings based on what our clients have told us they like best. We also recently added seating on our outdoor patio, which has been great addition for guests wanting to enjoy the great spring weather."

In addition to the new brunch offering, First Note Cafe offers the "DIY" (Do It Yourself) burger, inviting guests to build their own signature creation. Each burger begins with a half-pound of black Angus beef grilled to perfection with lettuce, tomato and onion, guests then select their choice of cheeses, sauces and toppings, ranging from fried green tomato and fried onions to brown sugar cured bacon and roasted green chilies.

Complementing First Note's delectable burgers are the creamy, classic milkshakes available in signature flavors. From salted caramel to the decadently indulgent s'mores, which is topped off with graham crackers, toasted marshmallows and a drizzle of chocolate, First Note Cafe celebrates deliciously creative offerings.

First Note Cafe is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. For more information or to view the complete menu visit First Note Music Hall.
