Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Over see the day to day operations of the fitness center
- Budget management
- Perform fitness assessments and prescribe training programs
- Personal training
- Membership management and promotion
- Answering daily questions about the facility, equipment or machines
- Getting guest set up with daily, monthly and yearly membership
- Answering questions about the facility, equipment or machines
- Undergraduate degree in fitness related field
- Advanced certifications or masters degree in related field
- A basic knowledge of the fitness industry
- Ability to communicate effectively with people
- Make executive decisions
