The word on the street is that Mrs Skunk has been shuttling food between NOLA and SOWAL. I think John R has had Jambalaya and stuffed mirlitons.:clap_1:

I would love to try some stuffed militons. My ex-sis-in law (Allifunn's ex sis-in-law too), a genuINE cajun from NO, was making these the last time she was here a few years ago, and got so sh_tfaced that she burned 'em up before she could stuff 'em and we just dumped them. this happens a lot when NO people come to my house. but when the dish is actually completed, you ain't never had no better.

this looks to friggin die for. this is a must try, if I can find the mirilton anywhere around these parts... ??? if not, then maybe some other vegetable? This shrimp and crab stuffing would be good in anything whatsoever....
