Is is set up to be street legal?

No it is not set up for being street legal. But it's very easy for somebody to set up for being street legal. All you need is turn signals for front and back, license plate, horn, brake lights, and lights. It goes 60mph. So it's fast enough for the street. But I would check with the sheriff just to make sure that you have every street legal part on it.
