It is also possible to spray paint the detachable strands of beads a gorgeous turquoise color. I love the turquoise chandelier in the photo but that particular one is $4500. I've seen other versions online as well that retail starting at $1200 plus. I think it would be a great DIY project that would give you the high end look on a budget. It also looks great as it is. I have one hanging in my dining room (as shown).
