Wanted to add a little more information to this thread about the tub. It is in great condition, we just never use it and hate to watch it just sit there. Come see it to believe it. All the components are present and worked fine this past winter. We had not used the hot tub since November so I filled it mostly full of water and turned it on this past weekend. Everything seems to be working, but the electric control panel is acting a little funny. The jets are working fine, lights work fine, pump works fine, but for some reason the electric control panel keeps cycling through each setting and won't shut off. This is something you would need to get checked out if you buy the tub. I don't know enough about the thing to troubleshoot what is going on. I did check out the price of a new control panels online and they are running about $100-$125. It may be something very simple like reseting the controls or you may need to replace the panel I don't know.
I removed the sides to take the pictures. I have corner pieces made of plastic that you simply add wood or metal to, to make the sides. Since we put the tub inside of our deck, as seen in the image, we did not use the manufacturers foam sides. The top is only two years old. All you need to move it is a trailer.
