Renowned Chef Chris Hastings, of Birmingham's Hot and Hot Fish Club restaurant, will be your guide as you make your way through the idyllic communities of Northwest Florida and forage for your meals.
We've cooked up a four-day culinary package that will treat foodies to the freshest meals they've ever had as they savor hands-on experiences harvesting food from the great outdoors. Along the Forgotten Coast, participants will learn new skills, from oyster tonging and crabbing to harvesting rare tupelo honey (seasonal) and flounder gigging - then dine on what they have foraged in the company of the region's culinary experts.
