My first high school was the North Hall Trojans, and our rival was the Gainesville Red Elephants (my alma mater!) GHS has "the Rock"--a big ol' rock with a smaller rock beside it that they paint for football/basketball/baseball games, dances, plays, birthdays, etc. (I can't find a picture of it on the internet...oh, well.)

One year when I was at North Hall, a bunch of the seniors painted the entire thing brown and painted "Elephant S***" on the little one. GHS retaliated by getting industrial-sized, clear plastic bags and pulling them over some small trees at the school--North Hall Trojans...







I guess ya had to be there...

I'm with you steele...My cheeks are hurting from laughing so hard this morning...great way to start the day though.

I went to college where our mascot was the Trojans...every time something happened on campus you would find all the trees nicely decorated with trojans the next morning...at least it made it easier for everyone to practice safe "f"ing.

we saw diane on letterman. she's ditzy! I don't know about high. maybe high on prozac.
