Is this still available? How many SF and Bedrooms?

[seacrestkristi]

Yes it is still available. It is 1240sq.ft. with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. It's a townhouse with half bath downstairs. Please feel free to check it out at www.seacrestinsouthwalton.com.

[ejpace]

It is a little small for us-we are looking for 3 bedroom at this price.

[seacrestkristi]

Thank you. I'm sure some one on this board will be to help you. Good luck on your search. I'm sure you can find your dream home. Do you have kids?

[ejpace]

We are having one in February
