Tons of cardboard trash floating in the beautiful clear Gulf, and most of offenders had to be out of town by 10:00AM this morning. NOT COOL

Oh but they're done and leaving. Hopefully they spent lots of money which some feel offsets the bad behavior.

Could it have been from the barges for Seasides fireworks? Most mortars like those used come in cardboard tubes and could have been blown into the water. If so Seaside might need to contact them or go clean it up themselves. But if its the typical beer flats, etc .....
