Geaux Gators

New posts
That's it. I've reached my limit. You are losing your avatar. If you want to piss and moan about being 11-1 then shift all of your attention to your other team, GA Tech.

What part of 11-1 and a berth in the SEC championship game don't you understand? I hope all of the Bama, Auburn, LSU, etc. fans on this forum let you have it. You are not only dishonoring your own team but disrespecting all those that will be sitting home next week.

I suppose you'd rather stay in bed tomorrow than get up and face the world? After all, you might fail.
Yeah, as in the team that got beat by the Dawgs. We were just sick last night after that game.:(

As far as the Gators go, my husband feels the same way. Don't mean to diss our opponents, but they know how close they were to whomping up on the Gators. I guess I just miss the days when we won by blowing out our opponents. It's scary to me that we only beat South Carolina by Moss's fingertips. And it's frustrating to watch all of the missed field goals. You're not annoyed by the Gators not showng up in the second half? I am proud that we're 11-1. I mean, I haven't taken the GOG8RZ off my car (and never plan to, even didn't in the Galen Hall and Zook days). Just hope we win next Saturday. That would make me very happy.

As far as the last paragraph goes, you should have been a psychiatrist.:floor: I have a major fear of failure, so I personally never try anything at which I might fail.

BTW I am in the process of adding the gator smiley as my favicon on my websites. I bleed orange and blue.

Buzz is one scary-looking mascot, huh?:floor: Especially when the person in the costume is, like, a 90-pound female.

I remember those days. Not very exciting, if you really think back and remember... also, if I remember correctly, spurrier was not looked at as being a very good sport when blowing out opponents when he didn't have to. I think some gators prefer the game to be more exciting, and more of a real competition of skill and talent.. just my observation.

BR, I agree with you that teams should play a full game, not only one half. I would much prefer to watch a close game than a blowout any day. In fact, if a game is an obvious blowout, I quickly stop watching it.

Agreed.
I think that's why the LSwho rivalry has gotten so big for us.

I like a blowout because then I can relax, enjoy the game, and be guilty of excessive celebration. :funn: Or does that penalize me?:rolling:

Yeah, I wouldn't have minded a blow out against Michigan last week. We've ( Buckeyes) had our share this year and hope to see another blow out on Jan. 8.

I think USC needs a little ass kicking. In such a bad way. They make me sick.
