Get out and vote today!

[Mermaid]

I voted and will be soooooooooooooooo happy the frggin' TV commercials will be finished. I couldn't take it much more.

They did seem to be a bit more brutal this year than usual. I won't mind that my mailbox won't be stuffed any more with political ads. Frees up plenty of space for all the catalogues that will be coming soon.

I've been getting stacks of catalogues already. My surly "letter carrier" always gripes to me that I get more catalogues than anyone!

I have a stack of about 200 catalogues here. I am making a list to have most of them canceled. I can't even imagine how many trees have died for "things". Here are the worst offenders of changing the cover and duplicating the guts or sending out way too many...Pottery Barn, NM, Horchow, J. Crew, Land's End, L.L. Bean, Bloomingdales.

I missed my catalogs so much after Katrina. Even when they resumed mail delivery in January, they wouldn't deliver catalogs. I miss Horchow.

yep.

Excellent!

I'm sick of Texas being so wussified.
