Leader of the Banned, I have a question. Is your signature line a reference to your father or is it a satirical reference to mine since I often use the term "my wise but uneducated father". You are certainly entitled to your opinion and I respect that. If it is a reference to your father, fine. If it is a reference to mine, it is a direct attack on my lineage and beyond the pale, even for you. I respectfully request an answer and if it is a satirical take on my father, please change your signature line. I don't give a damn what you think or say about Conservatives but many recognize what is said in satire about anyone's relative.

My sig is a mockery of the expression (I paraphrase) "if you're a young conservative you have no heart, if you're an old liberal, you have no brain". It's also a mockery of the term "wise and uneducated" which I've seen in various writings and I find to be kind of dumb. I substituted "color blind lactose intolerant", which makes about as much sense.

We could also act like them and come up with all types of insane conspiracy theories on how the Right hates America and wants to destroy it. I say this because I noticed my wife is receiving texts and tweets commenting on how Republicans have taken America back. I'm guessing they mean back from Americans.

I've kept up with Florida politics since, roughly, the early 90's. I always knew I would retire here.

I know who Lawton Chiles was, I followed the Bush governorship (And wish he had run in 2000), and the last two, not so great governors.

I know the Senators, and actually think highly of Bill Nelson and Marco Rubio. Go figure.

Oh I can't wait to see what is to come. More trickle down, the Ryan budget, privatize SS, fifty more votes on the ACA, more tax cuts. They are going to turn this entire country into another Brownbackistan. Not to worry though because Conservatives believe everyone can be rich, rich, rich! It's exactly what god wants. Guns, money, and bibles, the trilogy that saves America. Oh, and screw those hungry poor people, it's their own fault for not working at jobs that don't exist.
