".....how are we actually going to get it done (health care)? Because I respect the fact that Senator Clinton & President Clinton attempted in 1993 to get health care reform passed. But, I do think that they did it in the way because it was behind closed doors and it did not list the American people in the process. The only way we're going to be able to overcome the insurance companies and the drug companies and the HMO's who are profiting from the current system is if we are having all these negotiations in a public setting, we are very clear about who's carrying water for the drug companies and the insurance companies and who is looking out for the families...."
