I was by the Seagrove location to pick up a nice piece of fresh fish this afternoon and found a lovely spray of flowers on a stand and a note that there was a death in the family, closed until 7/20. Does anyone know anything about which family member passed?

Yes, sadly the owner, Bob, passed away on Saturday. He was a very nice man and will be missed by many.

So sorry...We met Bob when he initially opened Goatfeathers. He had lived in Bham and sold his home to a friend of ours. We enjoyed visiting with him through the years and loved seeing the evolution of Goatfeather's. He will be missed and remembered...

It has been too many years since I have actually been able to get out and go to Goatfeathers. The more I think about this it seems like the guys name was Pat, but meds really mess with the grey matter and my husband will be home late tonight. This may be a big " nevermind"
