The worst dressed that I've seen pics of - Mariah Carey, Pam Anderson and Gwyneth Paltrow. Rachel Weisz is more pregnant than Gwyneth and managed to pull off a stunning look. Haven't been able to see a picture of Drew Barrymore yet - did see one of Virginia Madsen who was almost falling out of her dress.
