That document was filed with planning on 12/22, it basically bullies the county into allowing residential development and paying for some of the infrastructure.

It basically points out that zoned commercial it could be completely covered and then argues the county should approve it for 17:1 residential and pay for a traffic signal at 98 along with a connector road from 98 to Walton Way. It also bills it as work force affordable housing, but even that is doubtful based on our current market.
