Hi Everyone!

Michelle here...hello!

I found this forum while searching for somewhere to post a listing we have in the area! It seems really friendly, which is always a plus! I've found that's not always the case with forums!

I work for BLD Properties which is a rental property management group in Atlanta. We have a 2 bed 2 bath condo in the area that is a long term rental. I had a little success earlier this year with the forum, but unfortunately didn't have a lot of time to search out all the great features and people!

Yes, I'm jealous of all of you who either live on or are visiting, THE BEACH. I hear from our owners that it is wonderful. Maybe they will send me down for a long weekend visit, fingers crossed!

In any case, I look forward to being a part of this forum and I'm always open to suggestions that will benefit my perspective tenants. If anyone knows someone who's looking for a great long term rental, please let me know! I will be posting a new thread with info and pictures shortly.

see! i'm famous for saying things that end up meaning something besides their intended purpose! (my most famous was from years & years ago involving the word brothel...don't ask!) i will have to figure out what THE BEACH is after work...to be continued! ;-)

Post your rental in the rental forum....many people have found their LTR home on this site....myself included
