He was such a special man, mentor, and friend. His legacy will live on in the lives he touched, and to the many he inspired during his lifetime. He will be missed.
Here's to Crump, smooth sailing and safe journey my friend!
We were born before the wind
Also younger than the sun
Ere the bonnie boat was won as we sailed into the mystic
Hark, now hear the sailors cry
Smell the sea and feel the sky
Let your soul and spirit fly into the mystic.~ Van Morriosn
Wow, thank you sweet Sheila..This is so Crump!
Love this.![]()
It must have been the week for men with the sea in their soul to return home. (My Grandpa lived on the ocean) I am so grateful that Crump touched you and Kelly's lives, otherwise, we may have not known you. May he rest in peace.
And I am thankful as well....I hope he gets to meet Grandpa and they can take a sail together!
Thanks for sharing this special person with SoWal friends Kathy!
What did Crump teach?
My heart is with you and all the friends and family sadly saying farewell to such a teacher and friend.
Thank you Tootsie...He taught English Lit, Photography, and he also, with students produced a senior movie for every senior class he taught.
So sorry for you loss. I know from your previous posts that he was very special to you. It's never easy to lose a friend. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Thank you sweetie.
I know you loved him, Kathy, and having been lucky enough to have met him, I know why. He was a special man. Not many people are blessed in the way you were, to have had a friend like that. He will be remembered.
