Yea some HUGE drug thing jumped up on the ad like cartoon-sized. Is there alcohol in that lounge forum? WTH. Ambien cr? What is that. I probably never would have noticed had you not brought it up.

Ambien is a sleeping pill. Maybe google thinks if you are on an internet forum in the middle of the night it's because you have insomnia.

Probably, Google adwords lets you set everything from keywords to geographic location and time of day.
