Thinking of renting this townhouse unit....not many pics and can't tell about location...any input about this would be appreciated ! thanks

Just my husband and I look for something in May that is within our budget...appreciate any help you can give us.

I've never been in one, but the location is a block from the beach boardwalk, 2 blocks to the Western Lake dock, and a block from the Red Bar.
 
Sounds like perfect location. Just wondered more about the shape of the unit. Just husband and I and like to stay in the $700-800 price range. Take anything in SOWal...will have bikes. Been seraching for hours...find one and then not available. Want to come the week of 19th - 26th of May. Last time in motor home at Topsail - NICE. this time need to rent. Kid of looked at Gulf Place and The Village at Seacrest ... but like on Gulf side ... hummm anyone got any ideas ?
 
Grayton Pl.is in a great location, it's an older (15yrs) complex. Ive never been inside these. CP

Hi, we have Grayton #1. It is very nicely furnished, has one of the best gulf views, is on the end, with a larger deck than the rest of the townhouses. It is family friendly (we have kids and dogs.) It is on Beach Rentals of South Walton 's website www.beachrentalsofsouthwalton.com. It is called "And the Fish Jumped Over the Moon."
