The house is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house with a great privacy-fenced backyard and nicely landscaped front yard.

Quiet Riviera Beach neighborhood 2 miles east of Rosemary Beach and 4 miles west of Pier Park. Three blocks to public beach walkover.

Rent is $800 per month + phone/power/cable. We'll take care of water and garbage fees.

Happy New Year! I am interested in the house. I know where Rosemary Beach is but do not know where Pier Park is. Iam not from the area but am relocating there asap. I own my own rental property and have a home here I am going to sell or rent so I would be a good tenant. I do have a 6 lb. dog and 2 cats. My home is very clean and I would treat yours as my own and it would be since I am looking for a rental where I would live for a long time. I'm 52 and single and very quiet.
