Is the house pet friendly?

James,
Thank you so much for the pictures. The house looks well maintained & lovely. Couple of questions; I'm returning to 30 a by Monday & would like to take a quick walk thru if possible? Will be departing by weeks end for several weeks & would like to have made a decision by the time I leave & give you a deposit. If you could let me know if this could work next week.

Thank you.
