I have been in that house. I see where you state it is fully furnished. I know it has appliances but I dont think it is furnished. Isn't it a brand new home? It is a killer house. I know the builder and he does great work.

That's correct, it is not furnished. It does have appliances, but no furniture. The home is brand new. I spoke with the owner yesterday and he told me that he would settle for $1,700/month. It's a gorgeous home for that price!
 
I'm strongly considering a move from New Orleans and am vaguely familiar with the South Walton area, but not familiar with the individual names of neighborhoods. If possible could you post a street address so I can find it on google.
