This web description of this lovely home does not show it's possibilities.
It is shown as a 3BR, 3 full and 2 half baths.:
*2BR and 2baths are on the second floor along with a den and exercise/laundry room.
The second floor den and adjoining laundry room can easily convert to a large 4th BR with private bath and walk-in closet.
*We used the second floor as a private living area for guests and teen/collage aged children. There is a large second floor porch as well.
*The lot will accommodate a pool. We had a pool in a prior home. It became one more thing to maintain. Our guests came here for the beach.
* "500 yards of free landscaping" is what we call our beautiful view from Burnt Pine #16 green, along the lake, to the tee. Baytowne fireworks can be viewed from the patio.
**I have included a few photos. There are lots more on line.
