I have a buyer looking for a gulf front condo under $600,000. He is looking for a unique piece with decent rental numbers. We looked at OSP today and he liked it but did not love it. Anyone got anything? Please pm or post.

Not sure... We looked at a fixer upper that he could steal for more then $100k cheaper. Hard to pin this buyer down. I think I may be getting close on a unit but would still love to see if anyone has anything.
