These condo's are selling fast. I have a buyer for a gulf front condo and checked the MLS for the best buy. These units are pre-construction from five years ago. Long story short, hurricane damamge caused many delays. You can "reserve" a one bedroom, with bunks and two bath condo for less than $250,000. I called about four of them and they went under contract within three days. Not that many left at these prices. PM me if interested.
 
Franny probably wants people to contact her to get some sales. That's an amzing price. Do you mean that's the cost to reserve or the total price? If so are they in PCB?

That's the total price with closing in March. They are located at the Pier park area. Other pre-construction units are selling for $100,000+. For LONG term investment I think this is a deal.

There is a two bedroom two bath available for $319,500 for those of you who have inquired.

This unit went under contract but another floor plan is available for $320,000, and is three baths two bedrooms with bunk room. Gulf views.
