Halloween

Does anyone know of any neighborhoods that still do trick or treating ?

[Matt J]

Seaside and the fine residents of Silver Sands Outlet.

Escada off Sugar Drive does trick or treating

[John G]

Topsail State Park has the Tram Ghost ride.

Neighborhoods usually do trick or treat for their residents.
