From time to time, there are quite a few men where Mr. Johnrudy works that go through their year of living life as a female 1st before they have their 1st surgery. Mr. JR is used to it now - - sitting in meetings, the restrooms, lunch, etc. He said some are attractive & are successful, but he says there's one thing that can never be changed and that's the "man hands." That's always the give away!

i think the deep voice gives it away sometimes too. i've watched a bunch of shows on tlc and the like on this - drives mr audie crazy !

Yes, I hear about it once or twice a year! Your neighbor might not even be aware of it. They have meetings once in awhile where they are "informed" of the reassignment of one of their co-workers. Mr. JR is pretty ok about almost anything and goes with the flow very well and is "mature" about it all. But I'd be trying to gawk around the corner.
