harry potter what what

[Sheila]

Oh, exactly. We rarely watch a movie at a theatre. It's just so much more comfy at home in your jammies with a glass of vino -- and cheaper!

Same here. Problem is I get so comfy, I'm sound asleep long before the credits roll.

me too guys, my hubby wouldn't be caught dead going to see it. of course i am too cheap to go to the movies anyway, i either buy them on dvd or watch them on the movie channels. around here by the time you buy 2 tix, popcorn, cokes, you've spend close to $25-30. i think that's highway robbery myself !

We joined this and it's great! At Kerasotes theatres (you have one in Richmond) you can see the movies for $5 if you are able to wait about two weeks 'til they've had their first run. It's free to join, too.

We just bought a copy of Harry Potter today, the 2 dvd set. Popcorn and movies with the Mers tonight!

i will mention this to my friends at work who are movie buffs... unfortunately our last several experiences at the theater was not good. between cell phones, talking, drunk teens, etc. it is better for my blood pressure to watch at home.. i will think of you tonight - i think we may do the harry potter thing too ! enjoy !!

I liked the movie even more the 2nd time I watched it. Now I want to go to Scotland again and see all the lochs and mountains. What gorgeous scenery! I hope JK Rawlings doesn't make us wait another five years before she finishes the series. I'm busting to know how the Harry Potter/Voldemort connection resolves itself.
