Well speaking of dogs and their issues, I'm off to work. Arf arf, meow, meow. First appointment when I get there is my mother and her vicious cat. Better get the gloves out (for the cat:funn: ).

we are home now from the vet to the tune of $85. she was shaved, numbed, snipped and stapled. i wasn't counting on the staple, i don't care for those things, but her little spot bled quite a bit. if she wasn't so darn cute i'd kick her out  just kidding - i'd sooner get rid of the hubby than my baby girl !

we get to go back in 10 days to get the staple out, that'll be another $25 i'm sure (i am hoping she'll chew it out by then ) and then 2 weeks after that she gets groomed $45. i need another job just to support this dog

Hey, I'm quite jealous...I don't know how you got off so cheap. My fur-kid has a skin tag on his side too and our estimate to remove it was more around the $250.00 mark. I think I might need a second opinion. I mean I knew my vet was a little pricey but gosh..... I am glad your baby is fine! What would we do without them? I know I wouldn't miss my hairy house but everything else I couldn't be without.

It costs $45 to groom my toy poodle! I guess it's just the same across the board. I always thought it'd be a fortune if she were a sheepdog!

Oh my....why is she chewing her footies??? Poor baby.

Molly has had ALL the appliances removed and her canines look to be in the proper place....she is now realizing that her teetha re free and is chewing up stuff again!!! I just took her in and her dentist is thinking just ONE more visit and we will be done!

She gets very lonely when I am gone and dislikes changes...At Christmas the girls were home and she is very attached to the youngest, so she stressed out. She is on Elavil but I think her dosage needs to be increased or I need to win the lottery so I can stay home. I have even, yes I know it seems over the top, hired a sitter for the night I work late. It is cheaper than the vet bills. Glad Molly is smiling pretty!

It doesn't sound over the top to me at all. I will be so bold to say, not to SS(a.k.a. Miss Ktty) either. They are our children, just with extra legs and cold noses.

this is after the $300 lump we had removed last fall that was a lot larger under the skin than it appeared. mr audie 'bout had a heart attack when he came home from work and saw her whole side was shaved with a gaping wound held together by 19 staples - god that was a mess !

Great quote and so true :clap_1: I never realized how much love a four- legged friend could give till I got Maggie. Sophie, the second dog, is just for entertainment...a real wild thing.
