yes,like fulltime stated, you can get a studio for less than that price. north side of 30-A, community laundry, pool, hot tub, and the 4th floor units have GREAT gulf views.... good luck!!!

Actually floors 2-4 have great views, unfortunately that first floor view of the parking lot isn't so appealing.
