:clap_1: Hi and welcome! I visited the area several times and fell in love with it. I was born and rasied in New Orleans and have lived here for 53 years. I will making a big change and moving to Blue Mountain Beach on April 1. If I am lucky it may be a litte sooner. Good luck to you and I'm sure ytou will love it there. Brenda
