My matron of honor had a baby exactly 4 weeks before our wedding. Since the dresses had to be ordered several weeks in advance & we had no idea what size she would be, they ordered a very large size, then practically remade it the week before the wedding. I think someone else already suggested this but you could order it reaaallllly large & have it altered right before the wedding to fit the size she will be then.
