OH LL- always run your house plans by women- we notice things that the guys don't - like where the garage is in relation to the kitchen, laundryroom issues, etc.!!

Many thanks people. And Mrs. LL will have plenty of input. She's in accounting so she can keep all my numbers straight. :biggrin:
