Yes yes that is us! Yes that was me you spoke to. I have often thought, "what a nice neighbor, and so smart too, to have tracked us down like that."

I shoulda known it was you!! Sadly I don't remember your name, only how nice you were. Even if you do have a name you are now gttbm to me forever. And Camden is Cammifunn.

You saved us during Frances, but the same thing happened with Ivan and the doors blew wide open, and we had LOTS of water in the house and lots of water damage. (Had to file claim with Citizens. Would not recommend to worst enemy. ) We have new doors now and a note on them that they must be doubly secured and double locked at all times. Came through Dennis just fine. :clap_1: Must be something about that tower room design though.

If I know I'll be up there when you're up there, I'll let you know. Would love to get together. Maybe you, me and Cork ...

I love Cork she's da bomb. Came so close to meeting her at the HOA meeting. But we got talking to our next door neighbor and missed her. I will pm you next time we will be there.! So glad to meet you!
