help with a situation....

there are some people here in our area of the beach, we'll call them the clampitts. they are letting their kids run all over the dunes where the owners have installed tubes, walls or whatever they chose. how can i politely tell these rednecks that they need to harness their children ? the lady who owns the house next door bought yellow caution tape and private property signs and put them all over her area because hers was the area the kids (and the adults no less) were running and sliding on. now they are moving over to our side and i am not gonna tolerate it, help ....

Audie, have you gone soft at the beach? Do what Miss Kitty says OR just go up to them and educate them a little. I bet they don't realize what they're doing. I know my kids would probably want to slide down the dunes to but if they knew that they were harming the environment I'm sure they would stay off.
