I'm still alive. I've been working my behind off and loving every minute of it. This definitely was a good move for me. I feel better and from what I've heard, I look better too. (Sheddin' some of that office fat.)

I haven't looked at what you guys have been up to in a long time. Looks like I've missed alot. :shock:
