I likely know many of you and you know me already. Just dropping by trying to find a semi-extended long term rental about 6 weeks this summer for a friend. Hello, again!

I have a good friend from NYC (via Florida originally) named Joe who really wants to come down for about 6-7 weeks this summer, second week of July through end of August. He's 29, a teacher and linguist, smart, fun, well traveled and well read, thinks he looks like Tom Cruise (he does not 
) Wants to spend the summer at the beach, writing and running and doing yoga and yolo/surfing,
He needs something for that long a time so he can sublet his apt in Brooklyn easily. He is looking for either a furnished studio or one bedroom apt or a summer room mate situation somewhere along 30A - since he will be biking everywhere all summer.
Any suggestions or furnished apt or rooms or studios? This is a hard area for this type of rental, so thought I'd reach out!

You figured it out to post in the long term rentals. You'll have realtors crawling all over your personal message page shortly with ideas for your friend. Read through the offers in LTR and you'll likely find exactly what you need and be in the driver seat to boot.
