After closing for a few weeks to do some maintenance and menu updates, Cafe Hibiscus in Grayton Beach is OPEN for business. Chef Tim is serving up vegetarian fare, all organic and delicious. Some favorites are still on the menu, such as the Waffle Wonderful, Mexican Quiche and several other dishes we adore... We can't wait to try it all!
We're especially glad the Cafe is open again so we can drop in on the way to work for coffee and a meeting, as local business people often do!
